We try to find your average number of transactions and give you a
flat rate every
week or month. As your business increases/ decreases, we reevaluate. For
example, many product based businesses decrease after Christmas so our
prices would also reflect the same. We are here to help not add to the burden of
doing business.

Initial setup fee   $50

  3. Add customers and vendors


Monthly Bookkeeping  minimum $50
  1. Pricing based on .50+ per transactions, (credit card charges, and cash
    expense, a check, invoice, z-tape, bill, etc.)  

Reconciling transactions (optional)  - $50/page  (optional)
  1. (Bank accounts, checking, savings, Merchant, Credit Card and Pay-pal)   -

Financial Statements - $100  (optional)
  1. Profit & Loss Statement -  the income statement only shows the amounts
    earned or expensed during a period.
  2. Balance Sheet - How much equity do you have in your business? The
    balance sheet shows accumulated balances since inception.
